Discovering Dancing House - Tančící dům
The Dancing house is a totally different building than we are used to. It's located on Rašín Embankment in Prague, so it's not quite in the Old Town from Prague. It's a 15-20 minute walk along the water from Charles Bridge.
According to Wikipedia, the Dancing House is set on a property of great historical significance. Its site was the location of a house destroyed (in 1945) during World War II and you can see the difference between both constructions in Wikipedia pictures!
Do we recommend ?
Yes, It was nice to walk around and take some pictures, and then we walked back to the Old historic town following the river shore, but it’s a little far way, so if you have a day or two you might want to skip it.
