Víta) is definitely one of the top most beautiful Gothic churches we saw in Europe.  It’s located in Hradčany, which is the hillside complex where you’ll find the likes of the Prague Castle and Golden Lane just to name a few.  It’s easy to spend a couple of full days discovering Hradčany. Where : Vyšehrad Fortress, Prague Discovering Vyšehrad Fortress One of the nicest discoveries from Prague was Vyšehrad. It wasn’t until we arrived in the city, that we heard about this fortress.  A friend of ours lives in Prague and she told us to visit this historic village. What is there to see ? There’s tons to see here, enough for a half day, even a full day depending on your time allocation. Discovering Dancing House, Prague

Where : Dancing House, Prague Discovering Dancing House – Tančící dům The Dancing house is a totally different building than we are used to.  It’s located on Rašín Embankment in Prague, so it’s not quite in the Old Town from Prague.  It’s a 15-20 minute walk along the water from Charles Bridge. According to Wikipedia, the Dancing House is set on a property of great historical significance. Its site was the location of a house destroyed (in 1945) during World War II and you can see the difference between both constructions in Wikipedia pictures! Do we recommend ? Yes, It was nice to walk around and take some pictures, and then we walked back to the Old historic town following the river

Where : Prague Castle – Pražský Hrad Discovering Prague Castle, Prague The Prague Castle is a must see, not only for its beautiful Medieval building and village, but also for the spectacular views of the city. Consider the package When we visited the Castle we bought a 2 day package which included the main attractions for example; Prague Castle, St. Vitus Church and Golden Lane to name a few.  Inside of the castle brings you back on time with the 14th century construction and details. The prices by circuit we paid around $ 19.00 cad. We visited the Castle in a raining day, so bring an umbrella should be something to think about. Do we recommend ? Totally, It’s a beautiful building

Where : Charles Bridge – Karluv Most Prague Discovering Charles Bridge – Karluv Most, Prague We saw many beautiful bridges in Europe! Charles Bridge, also known as Karluv Most, however is one of the most beautiful Bridges we saw. We enjoyed everything, the beautiful tower at the entrance, strolling along the bridge until the end and of course the splendid baroque style statues. It gives a kind of mystic and medieval look to this amazing architectural project. Can’t miss it There are many bridge that cross the Vltava river in Prague.  However Charles bridge is the one that links the Old Town to the Prague Castle. Discovering Fisherman’s Bastion, Budapest

Where : Fisherman’s Bastion, Budapest Discovering Fisherman’s Bastion. When you visit Budapest’s Matthias Church and the Castle hill you will see a beautiful terrace closest to the waterfront.  Seems like a boardwalk decorated with seven Castle towers.   Well, that’s the “Fisherman’s Bastion” !  Above all, it offers gorgeous views from Danube River and Pest. What next ? We were expecting a little more.  We paid $3.79 CAD to enter and we were a little confused once we entered. There wasn’t much to discover besides waterfront views.  Our consolation prize, it was a small value for a great view.  It was really nice to see the historical architecture and structures, which according to Wikipedia were built between 1895 and 1902. Where : Matthias Church, Budapest Discovering Matthias Church. Europe, with all its history, have some of the most beautiful churches ever.  Independent of religion, we think everyone should take some time to visit them because of all art work combined inside of their wonderful constructions. A little history If you are still not excited to visit all of them, then at least a moment to visit Matthias Church in Budapest, Hungary! This is a gorgeous Gothic style church which was originally named Virgin Mary during 13th century.  It was later named after King Matthias in the 19th century.  According to Wikipedia, the King ordered the transformation of its original southern tower.
