Discovering Charles Bridge – Karluv Most, Prague
We saw many beautiful bridges in Europe! Charles Bridge, also known as Karluv Most, however is one of the most beautiful Bridges we saw. We enjoyed everything, the beautiful tower at the entrance, strolling along the bridge until the end and of course the splendid baroque style statues. It gives a kind of mystic and medieval look to this amazing architectural project.
Can’t miss it
There are many bridge that cross the Vltava river in Prague. However Charles bridge is the one that links the Old Town to the Prague Castle.
Along the bridge, you will find many artists. There are many musicians, painters selling their art – especially paintings of the bridge. The photographs are great, so we bought one, since we were unable to get a shot of Charles bridge without anyone.
Do we recommend ?
It’s totally worth to walk through this gothic and medieval Bridge. It brought us back in time and we’re sure will do the same for you !
